How do I get the dust off the black clothes quickly?

Use a lint roller. Works good for me!!

Dryer with a wet item of clothing for a minute or so, Masking/duct tape

I just wrap a long strip of cellophane tape around my wrist with the sticky side up and dab the dust off of the clothes.

For dust not lint I use any available burst of air I can find. If you are going out simply stop by a gas station and use their tire inflate hose works it works wonders. I have a compressor in my garage so I use it.
