Help answer this question below.
my mind.
My lazyass roommate.
Repair the ceiling and wall in the bathroom where they cut a huge hole to repair pipes.
Repair the pulley system for all our windows
Repair the wall in the kitchen under the window
Paint the ceiling where it is flaking off
Replace several light bulbs.
Replace the carpet in one room
Repair the inside of the fireplace and the chimney so it is useable.
Put weatherstripping on the doors and windows.
Put some kind of heat in our bedroom
Repair the cracks in the walls
Put handles back on our radiators so we can adjust the heat.
I could continue, but I'm tired. We do not have the best rental agency in the world.
Right now nothing that I know of. We rent a house that was built in the 60's and as a result something or another always seems to need repair. For the most part we just call the landlord who lives in Arizona. He has a flotilla of repair guys who live in the area so they come over and fix the plumbing or whatever. But Jim is very handy guy and he tackles the things he can as he discovers them so we're usually pretty up to date repairwise. I'm lucky! :)
My cat.
Hmmm, let's see... the shower in my bathroom need s to be replaced, as do all the interior doors, and carpeting. The kitchen needs a new linoleum floor, the basement needs to be remodeled, a new garage needs to be built, fence needs to be stained and repaired, the stairs need replacing, we need to install more windows, pour a concrete pad under the new deck, replace all the kitchen countertops, and remodel the laundry room, and replace the sink and counter in my bathroom...
My laptop.
A couple of tiles on the floor are cracked. I have replacements but haven't yet worked up the desire to do the job.
When my dog was a small puppy, he chewed a hole about the size of a quarter in the linoleum floor. I don't know how to fix it without replacing the whole floor, so it's just gone unfixed.
My honey-do list grows longer everyday !!!! lol
Some scrambled eggs would be good. A little butter..

Our pets. We now have 19 house dogs and two more are about to deliver litters.
I need a fresh coat of paint throughout. What do you charge?
Kitchen cabinets!
Not much seeing as we are not quite finished with it. But it would be nice to have the back soffit done for the winter time and maybe a railing down the stairs off the deck. I'll tile the shower myself soon I hope.
The water leak in the back wall of my garage.:(
my roof is still in bad shape from Ike
I live in a log home and the chinking between the logs needs to be re-done. BLAH!
Thank you for asking.
There are actually some chores which are not done yet, like the still leaking awning, the undone garden patch, the flush system in the master bedroom's toilet and giving the interior of the house new coats of paint.
Bathroom floor...to much traffic in there I guess...
The wood boxes on the sides of the fireplace, they are leaking, everytime it rains, it pours in my living room.
LOL...I'm living in construction right now, so LOTS of things. My entire downstairs needs remodeling from top to bottom and the upstairs bathroom needs caulking, the landing floors need refinishing, the staircase needs work, railings need to be put up in my bedroom balcony and on the staircases, moulding and trim need to be finished and the closets need shelving.
I have a older house, currently we are replacing the furnace this week, then were going to replace 2 walls that are water damaged, update the kitchen, and whatever else happens in between.
1) Wall paper
2) doors hard to open
My book shelf.
A screw fell out on my middle shelf, and i didnt feel like replacing it. When i was sleeping my cat jumped on there and it caved =(
Leaky basement
I got a list...........
Why ? you offering....lol..
