FELLAS......how long, if ever, did it take you to get over your first true love? Does it take men just as long as it takes women to get over it?

Until I dated my 2nd girlfriend which would be 2 months after my first break up. But after my 2nd relationship went to ruins, I started thinking about my 1st one for like another 6 months from time to time. And I think I absolutely got over it after one or one and a half years.
