  • i think a person should be evaluated for their job skills not personal beliefs as long as the person doesn't have 3 ft leprechaun along with him/her at the interview i would ignore the charms and focus on the person
  • id say "you know i would hire you but i think the customers and employees would always be after your lucky charms because they look magically delicious" sorry for the spelling
  • I probably wouldn't say anything- they may not take the luck charm so seriously, it could be a simple encouraging gift from a friend, for instance. I would give them a job based on how capable and responsible they are, not on whether or nto they're wearing a luck charm. If they bring the subject of their luck charm up, I'd politely tell them it would not be the reason they'd be getting the job, it would be their knowldedge and experience. And I've never interviewed anyone for a job who's worn a luck charm, so I'm basing this on nothing :)
  • Just like anyone that I interview. I've had some pretty far out people put in applications!
