This happened to me a while ago. The only thing you can do is buy a new phone. Or maybe get it fixed, but I'm sure taht would probably be more expensive...

Claim on your insurance if you have it or buy a new phone

Get another phone, the screen is broke. It will cost more to fix the phone then to replace it.

If you're really good with rebuilding you could get a matching phone off ebay and replace your screen (you cracked the LCD, that's only repairable by screen replacement) You can probably also just get a phone meant for your carrier and stick your sim card in it, but then you loose your phone book and pictures.
