  • take a bath, relax, ask yourself why you are freaking out, take deep breaths
  • Put on some soft meditation music, sit indian style and take a long deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth, and release all of the negative energy, do it for about 15min then Stretch all of your muscles!
  • Plane flight. Tea. Couch. Texas. Eyebrows. Just remember, we're always here to help on AB. Get a glass of water. Don't think about panicking. Close your eyes and sit there for a minute.
  • Find a quiet space, close your eyes and breathe slowly until it passes. Hope you feel better!
  • the bath is a good idea. i do that. camamile tea is good too. you're panicky for some reason, you've got to figure out what it is. it could be somethng you don't even realize. try taking kava kava. it's herbal. or if that doesnt't work, maybe some xanax or valium for a short period of time. they're are other alternatives such as yoga or other types of exercise, maybe tai chi. discuss it with a doctor, maybe they can help you.
  • pray and ask for guidence from whomever you pray to. do you have a friend or relative who has passed? ask them to be with you now while your in a state of mind.light a white candle and ask to be surrounded by you gaurdian angel.
