The time clock on my Panasonic FJ630 VCR cannot be set. Also cannot enter time recording times. Otherwise VCR works OK. Any idea where I can offload a circuit diagram?

  When I put any videotape in the vcr the tape wont play. When I press play the picture is frozen and nothing works. The audio wont work and instead of it being on SLP, it goes to SP.The tapes wont rewind, fast forward. Whats wrong with it? (2009-11-04)
