No, and any decent piercer wouldnt pierce anyone under the age of 16 without parental consent.

Actually I think it's disturbing for anyone to have their eyebrow pierced.

yeah i would say its ok, as long as they understand its there for life, even if they take it out you still have the scar most of the time!

i think its perfectly fine. altho my personal opinion: they look great on guys and therefore he will make friends easilier and they look grose and trashy on girls. but still, i stand by doing whatever you wana :)

No. There 14 that is not an adult thats still a teenager. I wasnt aloud to till I was 18 thats what the rules will be for my kids as well.
