I had some guarana gum once, and it did give me an energy boost. But what goes up must come down, and maybe because i wasn't a regular caffeine drinker, i had a terrible headache for more hours than i had the enhanced energy. It tasted terrible, by the way. Sorry but i can't remember what it was called, or what coutry it came from.

Yup I sure have. They work okay, but don't be expecting an energy drink sized boost either. These just give you a little nudge. I found some energy chews that were pretty good, I found em here http://www.voernix.com/2008/07/frs.html. They come with a free trial and are part of this new healthy energy drink scheme I found online. Much to my surprise I found out that I actually like em. Anyway, hope this helps.
