It hasn't, where I live. It went from 21 down to 18, then a few years later, up to nineteen.

The national drinking age changed to 21 in 1984 when the US government passed a bill that made it so that individual states would not get any federal funding at all if they didn't change their drinking age to 21. So, technically, it didn't, but the individual states all changed it so they wouldn't be left out. Prior to 1984, the legal drinking age did vary from state to state.

Idk, but we should have the mother fucker lynched on an oak tree and shot by firing squad. every fucking country is 18 if not 16, except for America. Fuck that! Change it back!
