  • I would not in the geographical sense, because of a sense of responsibility to not just destroy things. Being of the opinion that most people have some drive to do what is right as they understand it, and will try to do so, even at personal risk, I don't think the destruction of a nation makes much sense in that way either. Governments do get hijacked from their primary responsibility by leaders who warp the circumstances to their own ends but by and large, the concept of a country is quite a loose one. If asked which regime I would replace (not getting bogged down in the means to replace it, yes, Id love to start with three hard-line governments who are very different in their thinking from mine. The problem is that those countries are years away from the structure to enable self rule for decades... In that context better to not be the liberator, but the rebels who dethrone the liberators.
