A raise! I don't get any benifits, insurance, or nothing so a raise would be great since I don't get paid much at all. I work 48 hours a week and make $5.00 an hour.

Duvet day's.. for those days when you look at the clock through sleepy eyes, panic! and have to rush manicly to get to work only to look like crap and realise you have forgotten your money and phone. Bring on Duvet Days! Yeah

A decent co-worker. I know my bosses have been trying to find someone to join the team but it's really hard. The part-time kid they hired is a scatterbrain who I have to baby-sit and check up on. Eventually someone decent will come along and help me with the workload.
