I have a 98 Saturn.Check Engine light came on-I disconnected the battery to reset censors-reconnected and now my car won't start.The lights still come on so it's not the battery.The screen on the sterio says "LOC" if that means n/e thing.Please help.

  p0481 code. i replaced fus, rel and eng heat sens but th fans dont come on. when i pulled the harness from the heat sensor, the fans came on
