You're a dude, so start with a pimp hat. Your shades should be black as black, one rim red, one blue, one ear handle black and the other white. Your shirt could be pink, but any paisley will do, with a collar of a different color, white or black doing just fine. A keyboard pattern on the tie is standard. You could either wear parachute pants (not recommended, uncomfortable) or acid washed jeans, keyboard patter belt, of course. Roll up the cuffs so they go above the ankle, and don't forget either penny loafers or boat shoes, no socks. 15' long scarf if optional.
