Make a nice healthy meal....I would suggest maybe a soy dish with a side of vegetables (your choice) with a nice glass of milk....mmmmm.

I posted this before, but couldn't find the link. A grilled cheese goes wonderful with beer, but it's fun to use a nice gourmet cheese like an aged Canadian cheddar (one of my favorites) and a few slices of roma tomatos. The trick to melting the hard cheese is to put a few drops of olive oil in the pan spread around with a little butter. The olive oil will keep the butter from burning so that you can keep it on the heat a little longer.

Shrimp quesadillas with lots of cheese, a few thinly sliced strips of jalapeno pepper and some thinly sliced red onion - serve them hot of the grill, with the ice cold beer. PS: pre-cooked shrimp!)

Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/3 cup milk 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley OR 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes Directions: PREPARE stuffing according to pkg. directions. SPOON stuffing across center of 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Place chicken on each side of stuffing. Sprinkle chicken with paprika. MIX soup, milk and parsley. Pour over chicken. COVER . Bake at 400°F. for 30 min. or until done.

leek and potato soup (for no more than 2 people) 2 leeks, half an onion, a potato, garlic, salt, pepper, vegetable stock, parsley. dice the potatoes and boil them in vegeteble stock until they are cooked, chop the onions leek and garlic and fry them (don;t brown them) then add the vegetable stok and potatoes and stir. add a handful of parsley and season with salt and pepper. now blend it all together. done!

TACO SOUP: 1 can kidney beans 1 can pinto beans 1 can whole kernel white corn 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can rotel tomatoes 1 pkg taco seasoning 1 lb hamburger 1 pk shredded cheeze 1 onion 1 bellpepper 1 clove garlic brown hamburger,onion,bell pepper and garlic in a pot.add all remaining ingredients except cheeze.bring to boil.cover,cook on med heat for 30-45 min.put into bowls cover w/cheeze serve w/nachos....(this can be made in a crock pot in the morning and cooked on low heat all day for dinner that evening
