Thanks for the best news that I have heard today. That is good, but is it because heroin has become cheaper and more plentiful? Is Meth taking it's place? The FBI reorted last week that violent crime is up 3% over last year. We must be doing something right, but I just see mixed signals in these facts

crack use may be down, but other drugs are on the rise. meth and heroin have been going up for years. until we restructure our drug policies i don't foresee any real decline in drug or alcohol abuse any time soon.

Hmmm, the CIA must have moved on to some other drug to distribute.
