- NEW!
Help answer this question below.
No, But then my flat is all electric.
Yes I do, especially since we live in a house with a conventional foundation. I have not heard it go off yet, thank goodness. Hope you are doing well Mentalmum!
I did for many years. It died last winter. I need to get another one. Thanks for reminding me.
Yes and its louder than the smoke alarm, thankfully its never gone off only for testing purposes!!!
Yes we do, MM! :) ((hugs))
No.
I have one but haven't been using it. I actually want to replace my smoke alarms with dual smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. I just haven't gotten to it yet.
Fitted, no. But we have an after market one plugged in upstairs by the bedrooms.
I have 2 carbon monoxide alarms plus 1 fire alarm but I have yet to put up the 2 new fire alarms and the new carbon monoxide alarm so yes.
No but I'm thinking of buying one soon.
I bought one when I started to use a portable kerosene heater for my main source of heat. This was mainly to appease my worry-wort Dad. I am 50 he is 80. Heating exclusivly with kerosene for 5 years it has never sounded except for tests.
Some areas require a Carbon Monoxide detector in homes that use gas or wood heat. Not in mine.
yes I do, it is required for all newly built homes and remodeled homes where I live
I did but the damn thing kept beeping so we turned it off - LOL!
Yup, it's required by law in this state.
Nope. I know I should
I do, I do.
We sure do. One on each floor.
Of course!
I sure do :)
Yes, we have one. :)
yes we have one upstairs and one downstairs.
we also have a smoke alarm in every room
and we have a fire alarm in the kitchen.
No we dont have one, not even a fire alarm and it's quite dangerous if you think about it.
