What do you think about "House" on Global TV? Is he following the unethical medical practices or he is taking safe risk to save the patient?

he's doing what experts do (or at least have to do). Experts go above or around procedures, they focus on the expected or desired outcome.

He thinks in and out of the box - something modern medicine does not do at times at the sacrifice of the patients health and well-being.

he is doing what has to be done! if your loved one was dieing you would want the docter to break rules if he had to. and it's my sons favorite tv show

I really like House, and not only because he started his TV career as a comedian alongside Stephen Fry. He plays a sarcastic, condescending doctor who happens to be very good at his job and not afraid to save a person's life just because it's inconvenient for the hospital lawyers. What is most complex is that he likes to shock with his cutting satire and direct statements, speaking sometimes too honestly to others, while he also hides from himself the reality of his own situation. Quite a dichotomy.
