Always have been. Teacher 16 years. Remodeler 13 years but they can see me coming. I deliver quality whether they pay me or not. For me it's the art of the work. Many lives rebuilt. Thnx 4 the thnx, prty ldy.

I would not say I would be great at customer service. I love meeting people in need of help and I would have great satisfactions if I had been able to help them to resolve some pressing needs.

Customer service is how I make my living...To be a waitress, and succeed at it, you have to be great at customer service ;) So yeah, I am great at it...

Been doing it all my life and got more difficult as time went on. No way in the world that I'd be able to do it now.

Great is stretching it but 'better than average' is pretty close. I love people and have been on the other side of bad service so feel like I have done and will do a good job.

I know how to "diplomatically" cool-down an irate customer so that whatever complaint they "thought" they had is "moot" by the time they leave!
