Yes I think its a possibility. I think if he loses, some people are going to try to say it is because he is black - which is soooooo not the case - and try to make an issue of it.

You know I really look forward to the day when race is not an issue in this country. To compare a possible Obama win to the Rodney King verdict is ludicrous. Those riots broke out due to what some felt was a violent injustice of the LAPD against a criminal where Obama is an educated politician looking to win the Presidency of the United States and do what he hopes is a positive change for the country. So far the campaign has been run in a calm fashion and I presume the same will be said if there is an Obama loss. Let go of the racial issues and focus on the real issues. i.e how will the economy, health care, education, and foreign policies change if Obama or McCain win.

I am so sick of people thinking McCain supporters are just racist! Haven't they thought that maybe we don't agree with what the man stands for?
