Sadly, AB is no longer a daily check for me, but anyway... the sites I do check are www.hotmail.com for email, www.facebook.com for general fooling around (especially games of Scrabble!), www.cardplayer.com to browse the strategy forums, www.bbc.co.uk for news and sport because it's much better and less partisan than any newspaper I could buy, and www.mlb.com during the baseball season (probably only once a week out of season though).
