Well it depends on your Character. I am sure you will get many answers but it depends on how you take things. If you asked me this question lets say 5 years ago I would say no way, don't risk the rejection! now I say Life is to short and you will never know most things with out taking some kind of risk in life!!! What is the worst that could happen..she say's NO!! Oh well at least you tried...and on with the next one!!!

If you don't, you lose. Obviously you like her--why are you going to let this other guy ask her out first? Girls like guys that take action...ask her out and be confident. You know her well enough to know that she likes this other guy, so you know her well enough to already have your foot in the door. Go for it! If you don't, you will lose anyway. It's worth the risk. The reason why she probably likes the "other" guy is because he is probably better looking than you. My point is girls can act dumb too. We don't look further than the outside sometimes. I dated this guy he was 6'4" tall blonde hair green eyes. I thought he was ugly when my my friends tried to fix me up with him, however, we got along great. We double dated even though I did not want to go to dinner with him. Basically, it was kind of a blind date. I may have seen him once or twice but never talked to him. Ask her out. Women love humor so if your talented enough to impress her with some impressions that you have thought up in your head or maybe someone you may know or have known in your life.....that's if she says yes. yes indeed one of my failures in life has been NOT asking girls for a date just ask her she may like you more than the other guy 1 rule though - dont ask her if she is going steady with a guy - that is not cool good luck
