• It is certainly possible that the HOA rules had changed and that no one is grandfathered in. It is quite common that For Sale signs are forbidden on townhomes, condos, and coops. Just tell you agent to advertise a bit more aggressively.
  • It is quite possible that you cannot have any FOr Sale signs on the property. This is common. You agent will have to rely on MLS exposure and print advertising.
  • I have filed a lawsuit for breach of contract with the community. Everyone is grandfathered in who bought before the rule. The reason why HOA can get away with this is no one stands up to them!
