The radio sounds like it's tuning and then just turns off. What could be wrong?

There's two answers to this... 1. When you flip through the radio stations, there's one that just turns the radio off if you want no music, you could just be doing that. 2. This happens to me sometimes. When it does that, it sounds like its tuning, then turns off. Right after that, I get this loading screen, and my game stalls and i need to restart it. I think what you're getting is a glitch in the game that the makers of GTA:VC f-ed up on.
