  • Yes very much so, I remind myself that if I can't change it then don't stress or fret about it, what's the point, I've enough to worry about in my day to day life!! When people get stressed, irate in debates about the government, changes in our country, I have to shut off and say in my head, it's not worth it, look at the state they're getting themselves into!! :0(
  • I have done but am attempting now to break out of that pattern of behaviour as it does more harm than good. That doesn't mean to say there aren't things worth worrying about.
  • Yes i have often done so in the past, but i have since learnt much about accepting and letting go, so i find i do it less often now.
  • unfortunately i do and try to tell myself that there is no point in being upset/annoyed/worried etc about something i cannot change, but perhaps that is why it affects us more, we have no control over it.
