Ocassionaly I have an opportunity to discuss an idea like 50 year mortgages being offered to end this foreclosure mess, but usually it's events I wind up discussing the most. Only people I might discuss would be players on the world stage. Good question!!

Both great and average in most cases. Sometimes small. And as far as I believe, its not so small to discuss people. We get to learn a lot from great people.

I've never heard this before but I love it. I think the sentiment behind this was not "you can only be one of these" but more of a sliding scale. ie. Small minds = discuss people Average minds = discuss people and events Great minds = discuss people, events and ideas That being said, I believe I am a great mind...most people would.

I think it's an interesting quote that has some merit, but it's not absolutely true. I've heard some pretty dumb idea-talk from small minds, and I've seen some great minds engage in petty gossip. I would not classify myself.

I am most proud to say I'm a "great minded" person. I put forth effort to not talk about people.

I actually mix all three. I don't believe in gossip so I don't talk negatively about people. I have advanced ideas and I talk about ideas and events a lot. I don't believe you can think and talk about one of these to the exclusion of the others. It may be a great quote and carry a lot of truth, but it cannot be exclusively true. I cannot judge what I am. Maybe my friends can.

actually I discuss all three but sadly I rarely run into those who are complexed like me I usaully run into small minded people.
