What's the best way to dye a mohawk blue? what should I use and where can I get it?

Well a lot of drug stores will carry Manic Panic. Special Effects hair dye is good. And follow the directions on the container. With blue you will have to reply it too keep it bright, a good tip is to puit some of the colour in your conditioner and leave the conditioner in for a bit once a week or so.
