How do you wink the "flirty" way and the "friendly" way? how many people actually like it when somebody winks at you? or does just creep you out?

I usually think, "What the hell was that supposed to mean?" It always throws me off guard, and I wonder why would anybody do that? Do they like me romantically, are they being friendly? In my experience, it can sometimes be a degrading thing, depending on how it is used. It doesn't creep me out, but it does leave me bewildered, and I believe as a practice that unless you know someone it is better not to do to somebody, so they don't become confused wondering what it means like I always do.

It does creep me out.. I never know if they have a twitch or if they are up to something :) If it's someone I know well, and it's after an inside joke, then I like it.
