    What is that? You just eat cookies. Don't you want to avoid cookies if you are dieting? I would think eating all that junk would make you fat.

    The main side effect of the cookie diet is constipation. Make sure you take the vitamins that come with it if you are purchasing at the mall. If you actually go to a doctor for it, they should also be giving you vitamins.
