I once considered myself to be a christian because I believe in Jesus Christ. Now because of the way some Christians behave and all the different beliefs, some of which I don't believe, I consider myself to be spiritual. I have never changed the fact that I believe in Jesus, I just don't believe that some men who are put into the position of preachers and teachers, teach with the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

A person that communes with their concept of the creator,by meditation,and contemplation.They do not adhere to the parameters of any religion,and prefer the freedom of spirituality,free of sin,guilt and the other negatives that come with religion.

Spiritual is one who knows that there is no middleman between the Heavenly Father and a Child of God. Religions tend to put someone (or even themselves) in the middle. The Original Gospel was a Spriritual Gospel, but is pretty much overlooked these days. Do you mean "Who is a spiritual man"? In that case... One who is God-fearing.. that says it all.

It doesn´t need to be in a religious context. I would define spiritual as feeling awe at the wonders of the world, and preserving a sense to wonder. In this sense, Richard Dawkins is a very spiritual person too. There are two ways in paying tribute to this sense of awe, one is science and the other one is religion. Some people manage to unify those two (don´t ask me how).
