Go to google, click 'images', and search for words that have some appeal or connection for you. Pick something that's pretty rectangular, AB will resize it for you when you upload it. If it's not rectangular, get a copy of IrfanView (or some other image editor) and crop it to be rectangular... or just to select the part you like.
