No, The process works well as it is.

No. Too complicated, and who is going to be the judge? It would be a mess. Favorites can be told usually by the points they get and how many answer the question.

I sort of meant a feature like YouTube where you can add questions to your favourite lists. EDIT: Thank you to the anti-Troll. :)
