  • For climbing your biggest problem will be stamina, so go for long runs every day (not necessarily running fast, just for a long time without stopping). Otherwise do pushups, situps, and chinups. Although if you're not very fit then you won't do much in two weeks.
  • It will be tough in two weeks and whatever you are doing stop a few days out to recoup. I’d recommend good gear (Shoes) and take frequent breaks. Good luck. For the future, squats and lunges using your body weight.
