Did that once, the baby turned out great, he's 17 now. She on the other hand turned into a real headache. I would have more children if there did not have to be a woman involved they tend to take the joy out of everything. So no I would not volunteer.

Go to a sperm bank or just have a random one-nighter and don't tell the guy. No guy is just gonna take on responsiblity for a child when he doesn't know you. I'm female and I wouldn't do it.
