  • Well, Vit D. for the blues. Especially in the winter we lack Vit. D. from the sun. I use Tea Tree oil for any cut or cold sore or rash. For menupause and pms... I steep teas ...like Nettles and Oatstraw for 4 hours and then strain and drink. Take Standard Process (vitamins)( Catalyn )has liver bovine in it. Keeps us all from colds and flu.That is about it.
