People that drink alot, and smoke alot of weed, grass, hash, coke, and other drug abuses.

Why do you want to do that to begin with? Your conscience is there for a reason Prog, so there's things like SHAME and GUILT when you know you've done something wrong. This is a good thing, seeing that these emotions seek to steer you away from the illegitmate behavior. It is possible that one can continually exterminate the conscience, but this is dumb and spiritually dangerous, falling into a reprobate state. One with no conscience. Don't be a fool. Stop barreling toward hell!
