Jesus being God's son is a symbolic thing, he didn't contribute the sperm personally.
Technically if you believe that God created the earth then all the DNA in it is God's. Because God would have created evolutionary pathways too.
Jesus is God's son spiritually. Physically he was born of Mary and Joseph, so he has their DNA.
