The temptation is to say "yes", but I can think of certain types of film that I would definitely refuse to be associated with short of absolute starvation. If it was as an ordinary extra - man holding a funny t-shirt - then I would go for it, but if it was a much darker, more adult theme - man wearing leather thong and paraphenalia rapes muscle-bound hunk - then I would politely decline, change my name, and move to another reality just to be safe.
