  • my family are around me... which i have to say is only good when it suits me lol
  • I would say too, my family, my home. If you have these, you can live anywhere and still be happy.
  • I think the best thing about where I live (tokyo) is the culture and the abundance of things to do.
  • Looking back at the past few days, I've said some pretty crap things about SA, and living in Johannesburg, it's easy to do that. BUT there is some kind of magic vibe that keeps me here. I dont know that I would do too well in any other city in the world. So it's easy to criticise all the faults, but it's pretty much a great city for the most part. So...sorry for bitching about it so much, coz I do love it. :P
  • The Archtecture of all the University buildings is beautiful. In the summer the countryside is lovely I have lived in many places and they all have something to offer,I am a traveller at heart and love the culture and adventure, but they are not HOME
  • A L A S K A ! ! ! You name it. We got it. Some bad, most good. Go to alaskacatalog[dot]com and see Alaskafacts. The site is still in progress, but you can clearly see how much I love it-- many more weird and interesting things about this place too. click to see- no professional pics, all reg people
  • you can do a lot of illegal things, cops never go out where i live. i drive my van constantly on the roads and i don't even have my license. hehe. Everybody where i live launches the biggest fireworks that you can think of. they don't even have a permit to do so. Even the cops that live around me do the same thing, that's pretty awesome. :-)
  • The best thing about where I live is the countryside and everything in it all around me.
  • ...the view...I'm perched on the side of a small mountain...a little like being in the sky...
  • Everyone knows everyone just about (a double-edged sword, I know). Most of the time it's a good thing.
  • I'm 5 minutes from downtown. I'm 15-20 minutes from the suburbs. It's mixed ethnically. You can't swing a dead rat without hitting a good BBQ joint.
  • you know, i'm trying to figure that out still...and i've lived here for 6 months...lol
  • I'm three towns closer to where I actually would like to live.
  • We are on the interstate, and a TON of traffic comes through our town for lunch and whatnot, since it is the halfway point between New England and Florida. I do speak of North carolina, and I really like where I live in town, for I can walk to a park, and go for my usual jog and it is quite nice.
  • It has about 500 people in it. : ))
  • The nature and quiet all around us, the four seasons here, our home.
  • If you mean the city? Nothing.
  • Theres this gorgeous lake where you can just lay in the grass and watch the clouds. Its...amazing. The grass is green, all the plants seem.. so perfect. =) Its fantastic.
  • It's so green here. :) And there are lakes everywhere, including a huge one, Lake Minnetonka. Really beautiful.
  • Its a small town. You know just about everybody, from the people up the road, to the sheriffs department. You always can get help when you need it. Everyone works together when a storm damages the area. We can party and have fun, but be laid back and relax. Kids can be let outside without being watched because you know that no one will take them. Everyone here has a hand in raising everyone. I had about 5 different homes when I was younger! You can trust anybody. We have farms, fields, woods, a few shopping centers, a mall. Its nice. (the mall and shopping centers are about a 30-45 min drive). The best part, the cops are cool about just about anything. It is different, like another world. Then you go into town, and the police are SUPER strict, people shove you around. So, I stay home most of the time.
  • No matter what I need I rarely have to travel far to get it.
  • My sister is here.
  • my parents dont live there
  • it's quiet
  • That I don't hear gun shots anymore.
