I tried to think of a chocolate that I don't like and I thought of all the chocolates that I love, white chocolate, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, bitter-sweet chocolate, cherry chocolate, creamy chocolate, melted chocolate, crunchy chocolate, and even chocolate truffles, chocolate fudge, chocolate cake, chocolate pie, and chocolate pastries, chocolate cookies, chocolate brownies, chocolate crepes, chocolate nuts,chocolate peanut butter, chocolate marshmellows, chocolate bananas, and even chocolate capichino and more, but while I was thinking about this, I ate a piece of chocolate that was dried, spoiled, and chalky from heat. Yuck, it was awful; so, spoiled chocolate is the only chocolate that I can't stand!

I'm not sure I've met an entire "chocolate" I don't like...good chocolate is simply that: good.
Cheap chocolate, however, is not so good no matter what the kind. White chocolate, in particular, if not paired with a good milk or dark, can be yucky.

Most of those chocolate bars like Hershey's, See's, etc. For the non vegans Godiva rocks... once you have the good stuff on the regular basis things like a hershey's bar just taste grainy, malty, and barely chocolaty. My personal favorites are the Dagoba bars. Their Lavender/Blueberry Chocolate makes a great ganache and the Mint/Rosemary Chocolate is very smooth and not bitter in the least.

Well I have only eaten English, Dutch and Belgium chocolate. White chocolate without a filling is a bit too fatty and 99% cacao is horrible. But otherise I'm not too fussy!
