Where is the worst and best part of Luxembourg City, and how are those sections of the city the worst & best?

the best parts are the old town and the grund because they're beautiful and old. you can walk around there for hours and just feel free and happy. i dont like the limpertsberg because there are too many people and students walking around and screaming and lots of builders and annoying noises. and its not pretty.
