My Lord and Savior are both Jesus of Nazareth, called the Christ. Of course, since you used a lowercase “s” in the word “savior,” there are plenty of other people that might fit that bill: my parents, who fed and clothed me in my infancy and youth, could logically be considered my “saviors.” My then-girlfriend, who first taught me of Christ and His Gospel, could in a different way be considered my “savior.” That lowercase-s list is probably as long as the people I know and love, but I’m guessing you meant to say “Savior” (capital S), and only Jesus Christ fits that bill. And no, no true prophet has ever taught otherwise, nor can I conceive of a situation in which one ever would.
