I have never said, "I love you" to a non-relative without joking or being sarcastic.
-
Hmm... well, I probably said it a million times when I was little. Meant it? About two weeks ago, and meant it way before then, even though I never said it, and still do
-
About two or three weeks ago is the first time I can recall. It's a good thing I did too, it was realy eating at me.

A girlfriend at about age 14. Sad thing was she didn't care for me that much!

To my boyfriend when I was 17.

I always say it to my friends when I'm drunk. The only boyfriend I have ever said it to is my current one. I told him last year (when I was 22) after we'd been together about a year and a half. I've had two other (sort of) long-term relationships, but I was careful never to say it to either of them because I knew that I didn't really mean it. I don't plan on saying it to alot of different people. When I say it, I mean it.

A girl friend and I was 16 I think.
