It is not "Je suis fatigue". That is I am tired. I am hungry (or I have hunger) is "J'ai faim". I believe I was hungry is "J'ai eu faim".

j'ai faim, no e as some have written..it literally means "I have hunger" which is the construction in most Romance languages: eg ho fame (Italian) tengo hambre (Spanish)

Point at your mouth and then some food and then back at your mouth again. Then rub you stomach and mouth the words food please hungry.

Je crève la dalle means you are dying of hunger. J'ai un petit creux means you are a bit hungry (literally I have a little crack) and you want a small snack.
