nope, it was real. thing bout it, it's possible to do that. thousands of popular stars do public interviews or book signings or appearances world wide, they don't expect to be attacked every single time, it's easy to let your guard down, specially since Borat's attack was the first of its kind. and he was chased and attacked by the security

no, really, it was all read....well, the village scene was fake, i mean he was really there, and those were real citizens, but they were told generally how to act, like for the car with horses part. but they didn't know it was for a movie, they thought it was a documentary (which is part of why some people tried to sue him...not that they can) but the rest is real.

google it up, try looking for an official site of him. it's common knowledge really. it was covered by the media for a while too, you must not have caught it. 'sides, i watched the Ali G show when it was on, it's the same principle of real footage, of tricking people to expose flaws in society

no, after explaining that its for a movie and paying her off after the fact, jail can be avoided. you can get away with a lot when you're making a show or movie. and he didn't harm her so she may not have even be so upset, she was more startled than anything. but check it up, i'm not sure
