To tell you honestly, in my case I don't. I ask why should I clean it? A simple wiping it off my shirt would suffice.^^ I guess female species specially the teens would basically be cleaning theirs, but I believe most males (young and adults) out there wouldnt be making a fuss over cleaning a cellphone. I'd rather clean my car or my eardrum for that matter. Back in the house. A simple cotton balls with alcohol would do. Wipe off the mouthpiece to kill the germs instead of buying scented stick-ons that you leave on the mouthpiece to make smell nice but you still leave the dirt and the germs all over it.
