  • I love hot baths with bubble bath and epsom salts. I also spend time cuddling my cats - that always cheers me up. In general, I just try to take time for me and do things I love to do (hobbies) that make me happy. I also put on happy music. If you find that you're feeling down a lot though, you should go see a counsellor - I have also done this, and it really helped.
  • i like to have a relaxing bath and put my jamas on and read o book or magazine and just have some time to myself. i turn my phone off aswell so no one can ring me which is a good thing :0) bit of peace and quiet always does the trick
  • Meditation... and an ice cold beer, but not necessarily in that order.
  • A Prayer.
