Etymology is the study of word origins, so I googled that and found a few web sites that look like they might be helpful to you.

Dictionary.com. Pretty much has every origin of every word you look up. They may not be from Latin or Greek, but if you're looking for English words, most of them will be from Latin or Greek. The catch is you have to look up each individual word.
