Your question is incomplete! Do you mean "What would make ME 100% happy right now?" or "What would make the people on this planet 100% happy right now?" If you ment the first one, then it would be a case of getting over the illness I have atm If you ment the second one, then its alot more complicated, but an end to all war, a unified relgion of some kind (including agnostics and athiests), and end to world poverty, an end to world hunger. The list could probably go on for quite some time

Hmmm yes and no. I mean he's not illiterate at them, but probably not where he can fix this problem on his own. His hard drive had fried 4 months ago, and it was finally fixed about a week ago and then his computer fails again so if it's something with that, he probably can't fix it.
