2 months old is a little young I think. Ask your family doctor.

Well, a lot of people think it's bad. But I think it is perfectly fine. My sister did it to my neice at 2 months & she was perfectly fine. Now she's 6 months & there hasn't been any problems. So I say go for it :)

It will hurt no matter the age. Why not wait until she is old enough to decide that she wants them, and will understand why she is having pain inflicted upon her.

No way. It's not okay until after age 10.
